The office is located at 457 FDR Drive, New York, NY 10002

There are several public transportation stops nearby the office  

Subway:

• Take the F, J, M, and/or Z lines to Delancey St

Bus:

• Take the M21, M22, M14a , M14d to the Grand St/FDR Drive stop

Ferry:

• Take the NYC Ferry to the Corlears Hook Stop

 We accept most insurance providers, including, but not limited to Medicare and Medicaid. 

Masks are mandatory in the office without exception. We currently do not allow in-person appointments to patients who are not fully vaccinated. Any patients exhibiting symptoms the day of their appointment are required to call the office and will be given consultation over the phone.
